The land was bought back in 2008 with the plan to change the use from agricultural to building land and erect several holiday homes for resale. Plans were all submitted and change of use was basically granted, but then the mayor changed and paperwork got left on a desk somewhere the final stamp never given and time limits ran out.
And so we never actually received the certificate for change of use. By that time the recession had hit and so plans were shelved.
The plot is in an idyllic location around 10km from Stara Zagora on the edge of a lovely village, and only a couple of kilometres from Stara Zagora mineral spa area where there is a lake and many hotels with pools and facilities.
