apartment for sale in Sunset KosharitsaWe bought the apartment in 2010 and have had some great summers there. It is a large (around 60sqm) one bed ground floor apartment with doors leading out onto a terrace and there is a grassy area, and a quiet pool (no kids area) close by.

The apartment has a large fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, washing machine and fridge as well as microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc and all plates, cups, glasses, pans you would need.

There is a good sized shower room with shower cubicle and a large open plan sitting area with a dining table.

At Sunset Kosharitsa you benefit from being outside the hustle and bustle and noisy resort of Sunny Beach, you can experience true Bulgaria with cows, pigs and goats wandering past the complex, hares running across the fields and peace and quiet. The actual village of Kosharitsa is half a kilometre or so away and an easy walk (or you can get the bus). There you will find a couple of lovely restaurants and small shops (still decent prices, not rip off Sunny Beach prices). There is a regular bus to Sunny Beach and Nessebar and the complex win a shuttle bus as well.

Originally we purchased the apartment as Pete was working in the resort playing gigs. He no longer does this and after 4 or so years there we are ready for a change and would like to buy a plot of land further south on the coast and build something.

Management charges for this apartment are 510 Euros a year. The yearly property tax is around 12 Euros. Water and electric are negligible. Wifi and satellite TV are available as are cleaning and laundry services.

Sunset Kosharitsa apartment for sale – we are now looking to sell our apartment for offers of around 27,000 Euros. It will be left as it is, fully furnished, ready to go.

Management fees for 2017 will be split pro-rata between us and the new buyer or we would accept payment in instalments with a 20% deposit paid upfront and the rest over the next 6 to 10 months. Both parties can then use the apartment over the coming season.
